Nov 17 5 Years of Success to PS3 celebration in US

It’s a marvelous feeling to think about something to which we know from its beginning and observe it let growing and being popular among people. You must be thinking why I am so much happy? The answer to your very obvious question is that today 5 successful years have been completed to one of the greatest consoles ever. It was released 5 years ago in US. On November 17th 2006, Sony’s most powerful console to date was finally available to purchase in North America after an E3 reveal over a year before.

With a high price point, and several game delays, some analysts and developers even went as far as to declare the console a failure, but Sony persevered, and the PS3 is now neck-and-neck with the 360, which released a year earlier. Here at PSLS, we’re going to celebrate the birthday in style, and have something special planned to show the PlayStation 3′s life to date coming later today, along with some other celebration features.
