Dec 26 ProCamera now with a Major Update and Price Cut

ProCamera 3.5 is a major update and is available free (no cost) to all current ProCamera users and New ProCamera features built into version 3.5 include:

1.    Copyright: Enter text for the Copyright info to be embedded in the photo and video metadata (EXIF).

 2.    Codescanner: Codescanner takes ProCamera to a new level. Scan QR, DataMatrix and EAN codes and instantly capture product, service, and event info on your iDevice. Website URLs can be opened instantly; events or vCards can be easily added to your calendar or address book; phone numbers can be dialed with one tap; contents can be copied and pasted. And you can share any worthy info with your friends via e-mail, SMS, Twitter, and Facebook. Combine it with Steady Light to scan codes at night.

 3.    DropBox Integration: As easily as you can share photos via Facebook, Twitter and Flickr, you can now also share your photos and videos with DropBox. And of course, you can share photos to all of your favorite social networks simultaneously!

 4.    Facelift: ProCamera’s interface (buttons, icons and settings) now have a new fresh look!

 5.    Green Mode: Activate Green Mode to save battery life. The device will enter an energy saving mode after the defined timeout in iOS settings. Additionally, GPS resources will be used in a more battery-saving way. If everyone used our new Green Mode effectively, there will be less battery charging necessary, and hence our small contribution to the environment, not to mention a few pennies deducted from your power bill.

 6.    New Preview View: The new preview view (when Auto-Save is turned off) now supports 8x zooming and rotation. This allows you to inspect your photos in detail, from all angles and/or “close in”, before you choose to save or discard them.

 7.    Videozoom: Many of users have demanded for the ability to use zoom while recording video. ProCamera has responded by implementing “video zoom” in the best way possible (with current hardware abilities). To sustain the optimal frame-rate and quality, video zoom is applied after the video is recorded (post processing). This may take a while for lengthy videos, but will result in high quality videos with 25fps. This is an optional feature, which can be deactivated to get maximum performance.

 8.    Visual Timestamp (in addition to the non-visible EXIF data): Want to know precisely when you took that picture? Our new Timestamp lets you capture the date, time, and time zone of your photo and writes them on the bottom left of the image.
