Jan 31 How to know who un-friended you on Facebook?

If you are a Facebook user with friend list up to few hundred then it is pretty difficult to keep an eye on to everyone. Most of the time it happens that you are un-friended but you never know who un-friended you. This is sometimes a little annoying situation. This happens because may be you have pissed off someone or simply you become an irrelevant person in their social circles. There is a massive chance that any Facebook user will lose multiple friends each year.

As you all have experienced that Facebook does not offer an inline method for users to perceive when they are un-friended.  Now not only you can see a list of people who un-friended you but also you will receive a notification alert right when it happens through a new script named Unfriend Finder.

And it’s totally legit. It’s not one of those rip-offs that have been going more or less for a couple of years that end up just spamming the hell out of your friends.

This script was built by Edouard Gatouillat and is compatible with Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome, Opera and Safari. It installs automatically on Chrome but the folks who use Firefox will have to add-on Greasemonkey before installing it.

When you get un-friended by the jerk, instantly you will get a notification within the new “Unfriends” box appearing on the top right of your Facebook page. Also you will get a notification in the Facebook notification tray:

Just the once you click on “unfriends,” you’ll see a list of everyone who has un-friended you:

This script is also useful in acknowledging you that who has deactivated their profiles

and let you manage your sent pending requests, moreover it also shows you who has rejected your friend request. The important point is that it is not retroactive, means you will not be able to see who un-friended you until you install the script.

This script allows users to do something they’ve wanted to do for a long time. Vindictiveness just received some major help.
